2 Family Run Guesthouses directly on Roker Sea Front with beautiful views of Sunderland's coastline. The Balmoral and Terrace are right next door to each other. They offer a family atmosphere, friendliness and comfort.

We've recently added a computer with a highspeed broadband connection for guests use free of charge.

Prominently situated on Roker Sea front our family run guesthouses offer a warm friendly welcome and fabulous views of the Sunderland coastline. We are only a short distance from Sunderland town centre, National glass centre, Sunderland University and the Stadium of light. We are also close to the Sunderland Empire and at the end of the C2C route. We are proud to have had a publication in the Sunderland Echo for our warm welcome, comfortable rooms and hearty breakfast. Our guesthouses provide a coded entry system enabling guests to come and go as they wish. There is no time restriction when using the coded entry system. Please note. Breakfasts for the balmoral and terrace are served in the terrace guesthouse

• You may check in from 14:00 hours until 22:00 hours.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 10.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
